Exchange/Return Policy 

Address any concerns to us via email It is up to our discretion the action taken.

If your item/s require returning, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. When your garment/s are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the outcome

Following this we will either - 

Sizing - If the incorrect size is ordered, you’ll need to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order (tracking delivery dates). In the event another size is not available, a store credit is issued.  Garments MUST be in re-salable condition. All postage charges are at your cost. 

Refunds are only issued on faulty items. Faults are at the discretion of the business owner. We will fix the issue and return the item with standard parcel post. Wear & tear in the course of normal use IS NOT considered a manufacturing fault. 

PLEASE NOTE - We do not offer refunds for orders when a change of circumstance occurs ie you no longer need the brace or the postage network delayed your package. A store credit will be considered depending on the status of your order.  If you receive your order and have a sizing issue, our normal exchange process applies.

If no other resolution is possible we will notify of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 working days. Shipping costs & transaction fees are non-refundable.

CUSTOM ordered clothing can not be exchanged. Special order, custom sized garments or pre-ordered fabrics are non refundable due to these pieces being made especially for you and not able to resell.  

No refunds or exchange on Sale items

All returned items must be unwashed & in resale-able condition. In the event your exchange is not processed, return postage is at your cost. 

We do not accept returns for change of mind.
