Postage

Packages are posted business days from Coffs Harbour which is a regional area. All package tracking information is sent via email - check your junk box if you can't find it.

ALL TIME-FRAMES WE PROVIDE ARE ESTIMATES. NO RESPONSIBILITY IS TAKEN FOR PACKAGES ARRIVING BY A CERTAIN DATE. If you need something by a certain date please let us know and we will notify you if this is achievable. We can not guarantee. 

What happens if my package is late, damaged or lost? Contact adelle@hipclothingau.com with your order number and concern. We can assist to locate your package or advise the best course of action in the event something is damaged or lost. Packages may be left at your address unattended unless you’ve opted out on Australia Post ap or website.

TYPES OF POSTAGE

Standard Post - regular service, tracked, insured up to $100. If your package is lost or damaged, $100 is the amount your package is insured for. If extra cover is purchased at checkout, your package will be fully insured for loss and damage to the full value.

Express Post - fastest postal service available, tracked, insured up to $100.  If your package is lost or damaged, $100 is the amount your package is insured for. If extra cover is purchased at checkout, your package will be fully insured for loss and damage to the full value.

EXTRA COVER POSTAGE - We suggest the purchase of extra cover so you are fully insured in the event your package is lost or damaged in transit. If extra cover is purchased at checkout, your package is fully insured to the full value. Standard cover will only cover the first $100 of your order value, in the event it is lost or stolen this is the amount covered.

DOMESTIC Orders over $99 attract free postage. This is regular service, tracked, insured up to $100. If your package is lost or damaged, $100 is the amount your package is insured for. If extra cover is purchased at checkout, your package will be fully insured for loss and damage to the full value.

INTERNATIONAL -  Tracked PARCEL post  or EXPRESS options is a satchel with a tracking number insured to the value of $100. If extra cover is purchased at checkout, your package will be fully insured for loss and damage to the full value. CUSTOMS, TAXES AND TARIFFS CHARGED ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AND WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY. 

We send to the address you provide at the time of ordering. If you need the address changed please email adelle@hipclothingau.com to arrange this. We take no responsibility for packages sent to incorrect addresses.

LOCAL PICKUP We offer local pickup for those in the Coffs area, no minimum order amount. You can collect your order from my studio or markets. All pickups need to be organised prior. All notifications sent via email.
