Packages are posted most business days from Coffs Harbour which is a regional area. All package tracking information is sent via email - check your junk box if you can't find it.

EXPRESS - allow 4-6 days (AUSpost has not reintroduced priority 1-2 days services)

Parcel Post -allow up to 10 days, 14-21days for WA, NT & SA (EXPRESS is quickest delivery service for regional & remote areas off the eastern seaboard)

What happens if my package is late, damaged or lost? Contact with your order number and concern. We can assist to locate your package or advise the best course of action in the event something is damaged or lost. Packages may be left at your address unattended unless you’ve opted out on Australia Post ap or website.


Standard Post - regular service, tracked, insured up to $100. If your package is lost or damaged, $100 is the amount your package is insured for.

Express Post - fastest postal service available, tracked, insured up to $100.  If your package is lost or damaged, $100 is the amount your package is insured for. 

EXTRA COVER POSTAGE - We suggest the purchase of extra cover so you are fully insured in the event your package is lost or damaged in transit. Contact us to request this service  

INTERNATIONAL -  Tracked PARCEL post  or EXPRESS options is a satchel with a tracking number insured to the value of $100. If extra cover is purchased at checkout, your package will be fully insured for loss and damage to the full value. CUSTOMS, TAXES AND TARIFFS CHARGED ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AND WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY. 

We send to the address you provide at the time of ordering. If you need the address changed please email to arrange this. We take no responsibility for packages sent to incorrect addresses.

LOCAL PICKUP We offer local pickup for those in the Coffs area, no minimum order amount. You can collect your order from my studio All pickups need to be organised prior. All notifications sent via email.
